Digital Product Terms

These Digital Product Terms are provided by HomeUnit Training & Consulting Ltd, trading as HomeUnit Property. HomeUnit Training & Consulting Ltd is the legal seller of all purchases processed through our Stripe checkout, and Stripe payments are collected for HomeUnit Training & Consulting Ltd.

HomeUnit Group Ltd is the holding company and HomeUnit Property is the customer-facing brand. HomeUnit Group Ltd is not the seller of these digital products.

The SA Operator Essentials Bundle is a collection of digital templates, calculators, trackers, checklists and guidance documents designed for serviced accommodation and short-term rental operators.

The bundle is delivered as downloadable, editable digital files. The exact file formats, number of items and any founders’ bonus inclusions are described on the SA Operator Essentials Bundle sales page at the time of purchase.

These resources are tools to help you organise and operate your own property business. They are not personalised legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

The price displayed on the sales page at the time of purchase is the price you will pay. Prices are shown in British pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Payment is collected once via Stripe using a valid debit or credit card. We do not store your card details. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

The price is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge unless this is explicitly stated on the sales page, which is not the case for this bundle.

After a successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link or access instructions for the digital resources.

Delivery begins automatically once payment is confirmed. Because the content is digital and delivered immediately, you acknowledge that any statutory right to cancel may be lost once delivery has begun.

Please check your inbox, spam or promotions folders. If you do not receive your access email within a reasonable time, contact info@homeunitgroup.co.uk and we will resend it.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. We will send access instructions to the email address provided during purchase.

If you enter an incorrect email address and do not receive your resources, we are not responsible for failed delivery caused by the incorrect address. We will make reasonable efforts to help you regain access if you contact us with proof of purchase.

When you purchase the bundle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital resources for your own serviced accommodation or short-term rental business.

You may edit, brand and customise the templates for use in your own business operations, including in properties you own, manage or operate.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or otherwise make the resources available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.

You may not use the resources to create a competing digital product, course or template library.

You may not remove any copyright, branding or proprietary notices from the resources.

Business use is permitted only for the business owned or operated by the purchaser. If you operate multiple properties under your own business, one licence covers your own business use.

All content, designs, text, layouts, calculators, documents and materials in the SA Operator Essentials Bundle remain the intellectual property of HomeUnit Training & Consulting Ltd.

Your purchase grants you a limited licence to use the materials as described above. It does not transfer ownership, copyright or any other intellectual property rights to you.

Any unauthorised copying, distribution, public display or commercial exploitation of the resources is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your licence and legal action.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once delivery has begun.

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer need the materials.

If you experience a genuine problem with accessing or downloading the resources, or if the content is materially different from what is described, please contact info@homeunitgroup.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair access, replace the files or provide a refund at our discretion.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If the digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, we will correct the issue, provide a replacement or offer a reasonable refund, depending on the circumstances.

To report a problem, email info@homeunitgroup.co.uk with your order reference, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue.

The resources are designed to support the operational side of a serviced accommodation business, but they do not guarantee any specific income, occupancy, booking volume, platform ranking, guest review score or business outcome.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, property location, pricing, guest service, platform algorithms, local regulations and your own effort and skill.

Any examples, estimates or case studies shown are for illustration only and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

Some resources include checklists, prompts or guidance relating to UK legal, regulatory, planning, licensing, safety or tax obligations. These are provided as general reminders only and may not reflect the full requirements for your specific property, area or circumstances.

These Digital Product Terms and any purchase made through HomeUnit Property are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
